Nijinsky III on Vilnan sydämessä sijaitseva omaleimainen kabareetalo, joka on omistautunut nykyaikaiselle kabareekulttuurille. Sen ohjelmisto yhdistää burleski-, tanssi-, musiikki-, sirkus- ja drag-taidetta luoden mukaansatempaavia lavaelämyksiä, jotka yhdistävät vahvan visuaalisen estetiikan live-esityksiin. Tapahtumapaikalla esiintyy säännöllisesti taiteilijoita Liettuasta ja kaikkialta Euroopasta, mikä osaltaan luo dynaamisen ja kehittyvän taiteellisen kentän. Nijinsky III on myös Vilnan kansainvälisen burleskifestivaalin perustaja ja järjestäjä.

Tämän kauden teemana on revontulet, jotka ovat saaneet inspiraationsa revontulien muuttuvasta ja tunnelmallisesta luonteesta. Esitys rakentuu muodonmuutoksen, sujuvuuden ja emotionaalisen ilmaisun varaan yhdistäen teatterin, liikkeen ja burleskin elementtejä yhtenäiseksi visuaaliseksi kokemukseksi. Lineaarisen narratiivin sijaan esitys etenee tunnelmien ja tilojen sarjana, joka heijastaa vuoropuhelua klassisen kabareeperinteen ja nykyaikaisen esityksen välillä.

Illan juontaa Gytis IV, ja lavalla nähdään viiden esiintyjän kokoonpano, joka luo intiimin mutta dynaamisen kabareekokemuksen.

Nijinsky III is a distinctive cabaret house in the heart of Vilnius, dedicated to contemporary cabaret culture. Its program brings together burlesque, dance, music, circus arts, and drag, creating immersive stage experiences that combine strong visual aesthetics with live performance. The venue regularly features artists from Lithuania and across Europe, contributing to a dynamic and evolving artistic scene. Nijinsky III is also the creator and organizer of the Vilnius International Burlesque Festival, an international platform presenting a wide spectrum of contemporary burlesque.

The theme of this season is The Aurora Borealis, inspired by the shifting and atmospheric nature of the northern lights. The program is built on transformation, fluidity, and emotional expression, combining elements of theatre, movement, and burlesque into a cohesive visual experience. Rather than following a linear narrative, the show unfolds as a sequence of atmospheres and states, reflecting a dialogue between classical cabaret traditions and contemporary performance.

The Nijinsky III troupe unites 16 multidisciplinary performers, each contributing to the evolving identity of the venue. The show is hosted by Gytis IV, whose presence bridges theatre and cabaret, while The Aurora Borealis presents a curated selection of 5 artists from the troupe, offering an intimate yet dynamic stage experience.
