Madame Nielsen - taiteilija, näyttelijä, laulaja - yhdessä musiikillisen kumppaninsa, säveltäjä, multi-instrumentalisti, Sailor Simon Toldamin kanssa kuljettaa katsojansa ihmiskunnan kokoiselle matkalle ulkoiseen, mentaaliseen, luonnonkauniiseen äänimaisema-avaruuteen kymmenen legendaarisimman David Bowie-hitin seurassa.

Tarina kertoo Ziggy Stardustin syntymästä Space Oddityssä - Ashes to Ashes ja Let's Dance-tähden ja ihmisen kuolemaan - Blackstarissa. 

Jokainen Bowien androgyyni-alter-ego muuttuu uusiksi hauraiksi Madamed-oletuksiksi, sukupuolten ja eri lajien tunnistamiseksi Homo Sacerista Androidiin ja hyönteisiin. Ja jokainen kymmenestä kappaleesta tuhotaan ja luodaan uudelleen; täysin uusina, hauraina ja kovaa sydäntä sykkivinä tanssilattia-versioina.

In THE SILVER DOLLAR DUKE show the artist, author and singer Madame Nielsen transforms and re-enacts the scenic life of David Bowie, Ziggy Stardust and not least the Skinny White Duke. In collaboration with her musical companion throughout a decade, the composer and multi-instrumentalist Sailor Simon Toldam, she takes humanity on a journey into outer mental, sonic and scenic space through ten of the most legendary Bowie hits – from the birth of Ziggy Stardust in Space Oddity through Ashes to Ashes and Let's Dance to the death of the star and human being in Blackstar. 

Each of the androgyne alter egos of Bowie are transformed into new fragile Madamed beings beyond gender identification and species, from Homo Sacer through android to insect. And each of the ten songs are destroyed and recreated in completely new fragile and hard-heartbeating and danceflooring versions.
