KURSSIN ESITTELY:
This workshop offers an in-depth exploration of floorwork, acrobatic movement, and choreographic repertoire from the works of Carlos Aller & Cecilia Bartolino. Blending contemporary and urban dance forms, the training emphasizes physicality, precision, and dynamic movement pathways.
We begin with guided improvisation and meditation to cultivate body awareness and prepare for the demands of grounded, fluid floorwork and momentum-based acrobatics. Throughout the session, dancers will explore movement sequences that challenge coordination, control, and spatial awareness, both individually and in connection with a partner.
Repertoire drawn from the artists’ own pieces will serve as a foundation for physical research and creative interpretation, offering insight into their choreographic language.
Open to all levels, with adaptations provided for beginner through professional dancers.
Strengthen your technique, expand your movement vocabulary, and engage with choreography that is both athletic and expressive.
